OPEN - Request for Information (In-Network) - 2024-01 Great Rivers Regional Crisis Line

The Great Rivers Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (Great Rivers BH-ASO) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to qualified In-Network providers interested in managing and operating a Behavioral Health Regional Crisis Line. This RFI aims to gather information on provider capabilities, innovative approaches, and resource needs for delivering high-quality, accessible crisis support services to individuals in need across the Great Rivers region, which includes Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Wahkiakum, and Pacific Counties.

CLOSED - Request for Proposal 2024-03 Voluntary Behavioral Health Transportation Services

Award Information: Voluntary Behavioral Health Transportation Services are intended to provide transportation services for individuals with behavioral health issues to be able to attend behavioral health voluntary outpatient appointments and voluntary behavioral health inpatient stays. This service is expected to run through September 30, 2025.  We plan to assess sustainability near the end of the contract period. Great Rivers has allocated an estimated $100,000 ($50,000 from Substance Abuse Block Grant Funding and $50,000 for Mental Health Block Grant Funding) for the voluntary behavioral health transportation services.  The funds used by Great Rivers to contract for these services are from HCA and are limited by contract and upon approval of Great Rivers Behavioral Health Advisory Board.  Additional one-time funds may be available for start-up costs.  The proposal for start-up activities and costs should be included in the RFP annual budget, detailed, and listed separately.
